Bruce Rossiter
President and CEO for Zoom Industries & Zoom Sales and Marketing, and
President for Just Resolve
Bruce Rossiter has more than 35 years in sales, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. As President and CEO, he is responsible for establishing Zoom's strategic direction and championing its portfolio companies' and clients' best interests. He is also the president of Just Resolve (www.justresolve.com) that offers fixed fee, attorney free, judicial quality dispute resolution services. He is a former Board member of the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association and chaired its Emerging Media Morning Forum.
Prior to forming Zoom, Bruce worked as:
- An Associate with McKinsey & Company in its Los Angeles office where he worked on teams engaged in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
- A senior officer with two national venture capital firms, one in Los Angeles, and one in Boston.
- A corporate financial advisor with Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer & Company, both in their Newport Beach, CA offices.
- A hospital administrator and CEO for several healthcare companies.
- A leading equity and debt capital fundraiser for his companies and clients
- A board member for 33 companies or organizations.
Bruce earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Tuck at Dartmouth. He holds certifications from the National Venture Capital Association's Executive Venture Capital Course, Harvard Business School, and SMM University as a Social Media Strategist.

Richard Robins
Executive Director - Zoom Industries, Inc., and
Founder and President of National Investment Management, Inc., a private equity firm.
Richard and Bruce were former associates togehter at Security Pacific Capital Venture Group (now Bank of America). Richard's responsibilities for Zoom Industries include all the activities involved with acquisitions and financing of businesses. He has been active in a large number of mergers & acquisitions, such as his participation as a private equity investor in New Line Cinema, and his founding Denali, Incorporated, which had an IPO and traded on the NASDAQ. Other experience includes President of San Joaquin Capital (an SBIC), General Manager of Imperial Ventures (an SBIC), Senior Advisor to Westcoast Broadcasting, and Investment Analyst and business development officer for Security Pacific Capital Venture Group,
Richard earned his MBA from University of Southern California. He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from New York University. He was also a Mandarin Chinese Linguist and an Analyst with a Top Secret Clearance for the U.S. Army Security Agency. He was a Radio Traffic Analyst, Chinese Desk, at the Joint Signal Processing Center in East Asia. He worked at NBC Universal as a News Writer including various national news programs and election coverages.
